Not every bearing requirement can be solved through a standard catalogue. Equipment upgrades, imported-bearing replacement, discontinued models, special operating conditions, non-standard dimensions and ageing-equipment maintenance all require a fresh engineering assessment.

LZK combines bearing design, materials and heat treatment, precision manufacturing, inspection and application engineering to provide integrated technical support. Our engineering team develops the solution around the information and real conditions supplied by the customer.

01 / Equivalent Replacement

Imported and discontinued bearing replacement

When the original bearing is expensive, delayed, discontinued or difficult to source, LZK can perform a replacement analysis using the original model, technical drawings, a physical sample and the actual operating conditions.

For critical equipment, we focus on functional equivalence rather than simply copying the bore, outside diameter and width. Technical analysis, manufacturing and inspection are combined to create dependable replacement solutions for robotics, machine tools, precision rotary tables, gear reducers, energy equipment and large industrial systems.

02 / Non-standard Bearing Design

Designed around your application

When a standard bearing cannot meet the equipment requirement, we can redesign the bearing from the actual application conditions. Customers may provide an existing drawing or only the basic requirements: installation envelope, load, speed, accuracy, temperature, lubrication method and expected service life.

Our engineering team evaluates bearing type, rolling elements, raceway geometry, ring structure, materials, clearance, preload, cage, sealing and lubrication as one connected system.

Our objective is not merely to manufacture a bearing with different dimensions, but to ensure that the bearing truly matches the equipment's operating conditions.

03 / Bearing Repair & Remanufacturing

Restore performance and extend service life

Wear does not always mean that a large, high-value or long-lead-time industrial bearing must be replaced. Bearings with recovery value can be inspected and technically assessed before a repair or remanufacturing route is defined.

Depending on the inspection result, work may include raceway restoration, surface treatment, rolling-element replacement, cage replacement, accuracy recovery, reassembly and final verification.

For large rotary-table bearings, crossed roller bearings, slewing bearings and other high-value products, remanufacturing can reduce replacement cost and equipment downtime while still meeting the required technical standard.

Restore Performance. Extend Service Life.

04 / Material & Heat-treatment Optimisation

Balance hardness, toughness, wear resistance and stability

Many bearing failures are related not only to size or structure, but also to material, hardness, heat treatment and surface condition. High temperature, impact, corrosion, heavy load, high speed, frequent start-stop cycles and poor lubrication all require a fresh review of the material system.

06Surface Hardening & Wear Treatments

According to the application, LZK can optimise hardness, hardened-layer depth, heat-treatment route and surface performance. The objective is not simply to pursue a higher hardness value, but to find the right engineering balance for reliable operation.

05 / Prototype Development

From drawing to working prototype

For new equipment, new structures and special bearing projects, prototype validation is essential before volume production. LZK supports the complete development route from technical concept to the first physical sample.

06 / Small-batch & Mass Production

From one prototype to repeatable production

Special-bearing programmes do not always begin with thousands of units. New equipment, maintenance projects, high-value machinery and specialist industrial applications often begin with a single sample or a controlled pilot batch.

01Prototype
02Small Batch
03Mass Production

After prototype validation, LZK can progress into small-batch manufacture and then into scaled production once the process, technical parameters and quality standards are confirmed. This model is particularly suitable for new-product development, imported-bearing replacement, non-standard machinery, robotics, machine tools and other advanced-equipment programmes.
